FYI, to work inside PETRONAS, all PETRONAS scholars have to pass the Ability Test and Structured Interview. However, I just finished my Structured Interview today at IRC of Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS although the result for Ability Test is not out yet.
What is PETRONAS Structured Interview? This interview consists of 4 stages.
1. One on One Interview
2. Case Study
3. Role Play Session
4. Competency Based Interview (CBI)
My Structured Interview was seperated into two sessions; the CBI was on 19 December (yesterday), and today is the rest of the stages. For me, the interview session was ohsem! (read: awesome). The interviewers are very, very friendly. 
The funniest thing happened during my Structured Interview was when I’m in the role play session. The interviewer gave a role to play but then he asked as I’m in other role play. I did ask for clarification and later after a few role play sessions, he did notice the questions are wrong and not related to the role play which he gave to me.
Then we just start all over again. Hehehehe. Thank God, at the beginning of the session, I managed to answer the question well although there was some miscommunication.
